Commonwealth athletes felicitated, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay felicitated the athletes who won medals at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2026. The Chief Minister handed over incentive cheques of ₹20 lakh to Selva Prabhu, who won a bronze medal in the men’s triple jump, and ₹30 lakh to Raja Muthupandi, who won a silver medal in the men’s 65 kg weightlifting event. The athletes were also congratulated on their achievement.
