  • You may soon witness a major shift in country LPG supply system. The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) has approved new LPG pipeline projects spanning approximately 1,800 kilo meters, with an estimated investment of around ₹7,000 crore. These pipelines will significantly strengthen the system for transporting LPG to various states across the country compared to the current setup.
  • Citizenship granted under the CAA in West Bengal, Suvendu Adhikari stated that the hearings on citizenship applications filed under the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) would be concluded soon. He said that the process of issuing certificates would be expedited. He noted that 2.30 lakh people had applied for citizenship under the CAA, out of which certificates were issued to 23,000 individuals.
